Art challenge #3 - Night

dang, a whole day late... I do apologize, there were things I was busy with and wasn't quite able to finish yesterday haha~

but anyway, I'm making great use of real images for backgrounds as well as adding certain effects to make it "pop!" this is a new OC, probably will just be using them for a future story or something xD I've named him Nebula~
