A concept bit for 
. Her Sonic character (more Sonic Underground than any other continuity), Skulk the Rat. She's a scavenger, and a bit of a fix-it. Perhaps stereotypical of rats, but I've seen other "Rat" OCs that have just looked like Rouge the Bat recolors. No joke.
So for Skulk I went with a more tattered and... dare I say it... mouse-y haired design.
