Okay so, this render requires a little bit of history; AHEM!

The Philadelphia Eagles and the New York Jets have faced each other 12 times since 1973, and the Eagles have won every time!

Here is a VERY brief summary of each game:

December 9, 1973
The Jets are a few years removed from their Superbowl upset of the Colts. The Eagles are in the midst of their stink period that lasted from the early 60's to the mid 70's. The Jets jump out to an early lead, the Eagles come back late to win the game 24 - 23!

December 18, 1977
Not much to say here; Jets get absolutely blasted 27 - 0

November 12, 1978
Pretty even game until jets miss a PAT in the fourth, and fail to score again 17 - 9

December 20, 1987
A real back and forth game, Jets can't finish drives Eagles win 38 - 27

December 3, 1993
A heartbreaker for the Jets; they jump out top a 21-0 lead, but Eagles battle back and a 94 yard pick six seals yet another loss for New York. 35 - 30

December 14, 1996
A familiar story; Jets go up early, Eagles come back to grab the victory! 21 - 20

December 26, 2003
Again, Jets get a lead early. Eagles battle back for the win 24 - 17

Both teams were ass that year but Eagles took the lead early and never gave it up! 16 - 9

Coming off back to back AFC championship games, the Jets get absolutely smashed by the Eagles and this would set the precedent for the Jets suckitude for the next 8 seasons 45 - 19

Eagles get the early lead but the Jets storm back, Game was ended by a Jets "Illegal hand to the face" penalty which allowed the Eagles to run out the clock 24 - 17

Jets get beat like a red-headed step-child; Eagles record nine sacks on the day! 31 - 6

December 5, 2021
Both teams start off red hot; exchanging touchdown on the first 6 drives. Eagles lead cause the Jets can't score the extra points. Eagles take over in the second half and claim victory #12! 33 - 18
