Also tried some more detail on Rigor. I dunno.. EXPERIMENTTT. I might experiment coloring it. :/

how did you get that blur effect, but yet its still crisp and clean?

Muliple layers. I played around with the contrast (not too dark, though) then duplicated the layer and set it to multiply so you can see the initial one. Then, go to Gaussian Blur and play around until it look right. :3
