Yuri is aware of Pampakus actions and knows he does it for fun and games, but he does use gel from Pampakus body to make his weapons have diaper effects, along with finding Pampaku fun.

Yuri was very loyal to his King, before his death, he fashioned a custom made Lance using his own powers and placed a fragment of his soul in it in hopes his son would one day wield it.

Queen Yumi (Former wielder of the Rain Bow)

Like the King, he was very loyal to her majesty and offered a portion of her soul to the Rain Bow and helped aid Siwa during their droughts.

Queen Mona the 1st (First wielder of the Rain Bow)

He was very loyal to Aya's daughter and even helped her with the RainBow by showing her how to shoot desert clouds and cause downpours.

Mona 3rd and Fudo (Weapon wielders)

He's good friends with Mona 3 and often flattens him with his hammer and combines it with Fudos Weapon, Yuri likes hearing Mona 3 squeak as he finds it funny.

Fudo being a novice Forger, Yuri often calls him a 'baby' Smithy, but he does like to add some wax to his Meow Nautilus to watch them wipe out when surfing.

Arthur Quicksilver (Close Friend, Former Wielder of the Aqua Spear)

Arthur and Yuri were very close friends and marveled at Arthur wielding his Spear and using it to save the hearts of others from corruption. He was devastated to hear of his death and feared that his Weapon would be used for evil, but Arthur told him to use a portion of his soul so only a pure Lugia with the Quicksilver bloodline can wield it.

Mercury Quicksilver (Current Wielder of the Aqua Spear)

After Siwa was liberated, Yuri opened up his forge again and found out Mercury was Arthur's grandson and current incarnation. He was happy to see Arthur's Aqua Spear again and even showed Mercury how to shoot streams of water and slice the moisture in the Air.

Queen Mona the 4th (Current Wielder of the RainBow)

When Siwa was liberated, she asked Yuri to show her how to use RainBow more efficiently, he showed his skills by shooting five arrows into dessert clouds, making Mona 4 want to try and use more arrows.

Crescent Knightwing (Current Wielder of of Cursed Lance)

Yuri saw his adopted bird wielding Yamis Lance and shed a tear of joy and offered to show him how it can shoot dark energy and showing that if it hits the right part of the brain, the nightmares become more realistic.

As a Pamp God, he wants to forgive Kroko for his horrendous actions, but as a mortal he doesn't want to forgive him as others haven't yet and he did end the life of his best friend. He'd decided to leave Krokos fate to the pamp gods since he doesn't have that authority anymore and decided to stay neutral.

Since Andrea did terrible stuff to force herself into becoming a Pamp God, he finds her terrible and insulting as he was a God himself and looks forward to the Pamp Gods punishing her at the afterlife gates.

Sandayu (Hates)

Yuri hates Sandayu after stealing plates from Lucky, Arceus asked Yuri to smash the plates if given the chance so Sandayu can't use em, when asked if that was reasonable, he was told the other forgers in Paradise can make new ones, so Arceus blessed his hammer to be able to destroy Arceus' plates so a god’s power couldn’t be used.

Bio:

Being a Pamp God, he found life in Paradise dull since the pamp demons gave up trying to take over Paradise. Yuri eventually looked to see the mortal world and found it interesting, he decided to watch and see how it was. He soon found that mortals were having a horrible time with their troubles, and since his talents were being unused in Paradise, he decided to discard his divine form and become a mortal.
The other Pamp gods and Arceus told him should he do it, he'll lose his authority and position, he agreed, so his wings were taken away and he was sent to Earth, keeping only his weapons and his halo. After becoming a mortal, he didn't realize how painful it was, but he realized he still has his godly powers, but needs to hide it.

He teamed up with Kikyo to defeat Dark Matter and rescue a Yveltal egg. Yuri didn't know where the Yveltal's family was and knowing Yveltals are about destruction, he decided to adopt the egg. Seeing the newborn Yveltal made him feel what mortals called “love” he decided to name him Crescent since he smiled at the crescent moon. He did tell Crescent to never leave the house, but he did sneak out at night. Crescent tried reading the writing on his halo and it piqued his interest, so Yuri decided to teach every language, from the ancient language, to footprint and unknown writing, also telling Crescent that his halo is an ancient ring he found said to bring good luck.

His friend Arthur told him he’d be starting up an Elemental Knights unit and requested him to make several elemental weapons, which he did, he even improved the Aqua Spear. It filled Yuri with what mortals called ‘Pride’ that everyone promised to use the weapons to protect others, he also gave Arthur a helmet that Aya asked him to give to her chosen knight.

Siwa was eventually raided by Kroko and heard from several residents that the knights and Arthur has fallen, making him feel what mortals call “Anxious’ and knowing what Kroko would do he also felt what mortals call ‘Worry’ his assistant Jamey said to take Crescent and flee and he’ll remain behind. Yuri took Crescent, his tools, and his hammer and ran for the ports. As he and an infant Crescent sailed, they eventually sailed into a hurricane. Figuring it was over, he gave Crescent his halo and hoped it would protect him. Thunder soon struck the boat and the duo was separated, he awoke several weeks later and found himself with no home or friends, so he grabbed a monk’s and traveled as a weapon monk, hoping to find Crescent, or at least find a home..

Several years have passed and he eventually gave up his search for Crescent, believing he either didn’t make it, Kroko found him, or he’s off on his own. He decided to travel around the islands, arming those with weapons and armor to help them with troubling times. He often thought of Crescent believing what mortals called ‘lost in thought’ he soon heard stories about an Yveltal spotted on Crown, so he went over, and to also make a little money.

He found out it was too late and Crescent already left, his works caught the attention of Ramjs and Melody, who paid him a hefty fortune so he'd craft some weapons for them to help defend Crown.

He heard kids Whisper that Crescent was seen on the Mist continent, so he rushed over and found the inn Crescent was staying at, but the receptionist told him he was out, but be back later on, so he set up a small forge shop and waited.
Crescent eventually returned with a rare relic and the Cursed Lance, much to Yuri overreacting.

He asked Crescent if he remembered him, but he told he didn't know who he was, which saddened him, but happy that Crescent became a fine pokemon, he even refined Crescents Lance and showed him the proper way to wield it, Crescent pulled out the halo and gave it back saying it helped him, maybe it could help Yuri. Crescent then left as Mary said it was Pyra time, making him feel giddy that Crescent reunited with family. Even if he doesn't remember him he said he'd always guide him if he needed it.

When Siwa was liberated, he returned home to reunite with his assistant and re-open his forge, which got a lot of attention from residents and royalty. He often sees Crescent and Mercury being friendly, Making smile as he did it, he helped change the ways people viewed Yveltals.
