There was a point when he was pretty desperate for money, I mean he is a lot of times but this time he was even more than usual and honestly took any idea he could at this point. A fellow Sharzo gave him this suggestion that maybe since Fuero looks like a pretty strong and alpha like type of Sharzo, maybe others would really wanna worship his feet and would pay to do it. Fuero did like the sound of that and so he decided to try it out and so far he hasn’t really been getting many customers, some less strong Sharzos did actually pay for it but still isn’t sure if this was a good idea or not, maybe you can prove him wrong ;3
