On the left, my Donkey self, on the right, my Collie self.
I figured that I might as well share this, as I do have two forms even though people probably don't know this.
As a Collie, I'd be best known as Lakota. However, as an equine, in this case donkey, I'm called Zxy. They are the same, and can be called either-or, but if I am refering to one or the other, that's what I'll say.
