Yeah more lore I keep forgetting to post, WHOOPS! Presenting the Goddess Aurora!

Goddess, Creator of Aurora's Claw Island and Mother to the Gekkomi Species, she is an immortal being who watches over all Gekkomis and is revered by them greatly. Legend says she was born of the sea, rising up from the depths with a fistful of volcanic earth, she shaped the island of Aurora's Claw herself. Within her other fist, she held hundreds of pearls, which she scattered throughout the island, and those pearls hatched and became the first Gekkomi. With her creations finished, she rested, going into a deep slumber as her Gekkomi children began creating a life for themselves. However, as with any budding civilizations, conflicts and hardships arose and these awoke the Goddess. Among the toiling however, she witnessed one Gekkomi among them who was able to help resolve these conflicts and hardships with great wisdom, bravery and leadership. Aurora was moved by this Gekkomi, and gifted her with the Aurora Pearl and immortality, declaring her as Queen Lalune, the ruler and protector of all Gekkomis and Aurora Island, and to this day Queen Lalune acts as protector and guiding leader of the Gekkomis thanks to the Goddess Aurora.

Aurora still watches over her Gekkomis, sometimes changing her size and appearance to blend in among them. Some rumors even float around she has had mortal loves and half-immortal offspring that have been recorded as legendary heroes. Others say Aurora herself has been the hero in some stories, in the guise of a mortal.
