Velo has the advantage in speed and agility and even if Cave Croc was more or less invulnerable, I imagine that with her cunning she might get Cave Croc to do something reckless or maybe just keep on the move and evade her until her opponent eventually exhausts herself. Or it might end in a draw with both of them stalemating against each other.
