PRAISEMaster's neck plate... with the grommet. I'm not a proponent of the plastic grommets. Not because of any urban legend about sustain, or because I don't believe the metal can damage the wood, etc, etc, etc... NONE OF THAT. I simply feel it just looks CLEANER WITHOUT the grommet.
