Yup, another new character. Her name is Rachael and she's a border collie/mutt. Mutt since I'm not making the design completely like a border collie, but she's based on them.
I'm really proud of how this one turned out <3

Her hair looks fantastic. I really love how shiny and bouncy you got it to look. I like the design of her hips and legs, too. The way you've drawn them here, they make look kind of short but powerful, which makes for a nice bit of variation. And of course her one flopped-down ear and legwarmers make her look really cute.
