He was hell to draw, though I do admit to being glad to have an excuse to draw a Legendary in a suit again. It's been a while. As for whether or not you use him in your personal PCA canon, I don't really care. As far as I'm concerned, I'm fine if all he ever winds up being is a drawing. So yeah.
