South Bend, Bai'O, Baxialua

South Bend is a huge shanty town built up next a large landfill, in the city of Bai'O (Pronounced Bayo). In terms of area it covers, it is the largest shanty town in Baxialua and may even be the largest slum in Baxialua. It was started during the great depression. Each cultural group inhabits a certain portion, this area belonging to the Wolves. The main industries here are recycling, furniture restoration, repair work on just about anything, resale shops, scrapping, plus about a million other cottage industries.
