Well look at the time, it's "CHRIS CAN'T KEEP HIS CLOTHES ON!" times!
Unlucky Lucky Chris was taking the subway back to his dorm room and he had a seemingly empty car for himself. He leans onto the pole and dozes off in a daydream. Little did he know that there was a pickpocket nearby eyeing him from afar. He came close and went for just Chris's wallet and necklace. But Chris was so dozed off that the pickpocket just went wild and stole every valuable and piece of clothing he had on him. The ghost hands represent how quickly the pickpocket was taking everything off before the ride ended, yes even Chris's socks. He does look at Chris's boxers and pulls on them playfully, wondering if he'd go as far as to take some bear's boxers off, or if he would take them as a trophy prize for fully undressing a stranger at the subway.
This piece was inspired by a classic Sony Discman Commercial called "Hostage on a Train" that used to air in 1999:

Big difference is that Chris may or may not have kept his shorts on and he didn't have a now outdated music player to be hypnotized by.
