For most of my life, I feel like I've been creative. As a kid I'd draw a lot without any sense of direction. I'd come up with these ideas, characters, and stories I've wanted to make. I was never good at bringing these together. I would always make an ideas, like it for a few minutes, and move on.
But 4 years ago I feel like that changed. I went to join an art group that hosted for the month of December that year. And my first night there, I was asked to paint something. So I did just that. However, when I did, I made something that changed my view on art. Not good. It was very bad (looking back at it, it's very bad) but it was something I was proud of. It is where I became more concentrated with my ideas, characters, and what I wanted to make. I begun to be more serious with my art. Creating what I felt was an identity for myself and my art. It's where I reinvented my characters, (it was even where I created Leo as a character.)
As a sorta milestone art (and a check mark for a Christmas themed art) I decided to remake this piece, including my current characters, with some that I am working on developing further.
I've made some missteps over the years, but I thank everyone who has supported me, and I hope I can develop more as an artist.
