King Lionheart was a character I actually thought of from a weird story I thought back in 15', and I wanted to have a visual concept of my Griffin OC. Pretty much I just wanted him to look more of a lion, but still have that Eagle look to it. Also I know the paws and the talons are reversed, I honestly like that way than the normal way for a Griffin. As you can tell, Yellow is my favorite color as it brings out happiness in people at times. I chose that color for his eyes is simply because it's my 2nd favorite color/favorite shade of blue. Overall, the artist did an amazing, and I highly recommend her to anyone.
