on the surface of our planet there are great forests. As one walks through these forests one only need to look up and see rays of the sun beyond peaking through the trees of the forest, dancing shadows and light all around.

In this peace i used dyed Howlite chips, which are the green and brown spotted stone chips, Dark Averturine which i used because it has a beautiful deep leafy green look to them\. Citrine chips with its yellow tint provided the "sun beam thought the trees" effect. have some brown glass chips i wanted to use but no matter how i set the pattern up they seem to drown out the citrine and it just didn't look right to me. but the brown streaks in the dyed howlite, i feel, make a good branch effect.

Im really looking at doing something with pendants soon. I know of one that i will be doing that will be a birthday gift for someone, but beyond that i want to delve into pendants. i already have a few ideas and i have a couple of pendants in mind. In fact i have a whole series i in the process of planning out that probably start after a time.
