Meine gefesselten Lieblingswölfe 16: Lak Sivrak
Three seconds of screentime were enough to make Lak Sivrak into one of my favourite Star Wars aliens. Of course I have to handcuff him and put him into a dungeon cell to portray him.^^

Good to see a Shistavanen in the line up of lupine prisoners and even better that it's Lak Sivrak.
I imagine that this would probably be one of those occasions where as a scout he'd ended up on a relatively isolated and technologically primitive world where Shistavanen were unknown. A misunderstanding had ensured and the admittedly ferocious looking wolfman was arrested and put in a dungeon cell for the night. An annoying experience but he felt it better to play along and just hope it got sorted out or that he'd manage an escape.
However while he's working out if he can perhaps free his wrists or manage to work his gag loose, he'd just spotted the alien beetle making it's way towards him. In his current position he'd unfortunately be quite vulnerable and he just knows it's intent on heading towards him and he cannot stop it.
A few minutes later on hearing some odd muffled yelps and growls coming from the cell, the guards peered through the bars to see Lak Sivrak squirming around as the beetle had crawled around inside his shirt and through his fur producing a rather ticklish and itchy situation. This caused the guards some considerable amusement seeing the Shistavanen's suffering, though there was some sympathy for the wolfman whom didn't seem quite so ferocious now.
Originally it was thought they'd keep the Shistavanen in the dungeon for a week or so while they decided what to do with him. It was however decided to commute this to freeing him in the morning and placing him in the stocks where the drunks and petty thieves usually were dealt with. Seeing his reaction to the beetle and to show the townspeople they need not fear the wolfman, any whom dared would be invited to tickle his paws or scruff his chest with all that Lak could do was to growl his defiance.

When Shistavanen were rarely seen in the galaxy it would be easy enough to make that mistake. Main difference I think would be similar with the Worgen in that Shistavanen don't have the bushy tail and they were around human sized so rather smaller than him. I imagine as it is that there were all sorts of adventures and perilous situations for him though.
It does look like he's glaring at the beetle and with the restraints limited his range of movement and an open shirt, I think Lak Sivrak might be worried about the possibility. Where there's one beetle there might well be more, so if he doesn't get one inside the shirt he might have one going across his foot or up his trouser leg.
I do remember reading the story in Tales From the Mos Eisley Cantina about his relationship with Dice Ibegon. Reading up on Florn Lamproids they expressed affection and compassion towards each other by intertwining their coils and that one of the things that had first drawn Lak to Dice was her muscular coils. With them having a romantic relationship, I could imagine there might have been an element of bondage to it or the equivalent with Lak feeling the embrace of Dice's coils. I could see Lak Sivrak as having perhaps at least a slight bondage kink, enjoying the feeling of restraint in a loving context.

Yup. The old movies were downright fairy tales. The cantina scene was super epic. That is what I call fantasy sci-fi. Usual alian designs along with anthropomorphic creatures coexisting together. This playfulness was hardly reached ever after this movie from 1977
Always overlooked by the others, those who came and settled their world and never realised that it was inhabited by a civilisation thousands of years older than their own. From their subterranean citadels the beetle-like natives would sometimes venture to the surface above and observe the newcomers in their cities, partially from curiosity and partially for their own amusement.
It was generally considered bad luck to step upon one of the beetles, though their hard shells made them hard to crush and all that Lak Sivrak had achieved was stubbing a toe and uttering a guttural growl as he cursed in his native tongue. Still the telepathic beetle could understand the intent of his thoughts and take offence, calling in a few hundred of its fellows to teach the Shistavanen a lesson.
Before he even knew what was happening, several hundred beetles were surrounding Lak Sivrak, crawling upwards and into his jacket, their legs making an unbearable itching and tickling sensation against his fur. Worse still was when they crawled onto his head and into his ears, others scurrying over his feet. Maddened by itching, he soon ended up rolling around on the ground, writhing and twitching, growling and howling in his torment.
Charged with causing a breach of the peace and suspected of extreme inebriation, the hapless Lak Sivrak would find himself gagged and chained up for the night in a prison cell. A little later the very same beetle he'd inadvertently stepped on came by to see him, telepathically informing him of its intelligence and warning him to be more careful where he stepped in future.
