34 isn't quite premature for graying...my kid brother is 16 and he's starting to gray. Just do what you can with your life, live so you don't regret your choices.

For what it's worth, everyone goes through this.
I found my first whites on my mustache....at 25. Laughed my ass off at it.
It may help to know that the health issues are small easily solvable/treatable issues. BP's easy to fix (diet, medication), intestinal issues are treatable (diet/medications), anxiety is treatable. (lifestyle changes/medication)

same situation with me here, though I am turning 31 later in the year but don't have a student loan to pay off. My YOUNGER brother on the other hand does and he is already moved out, married and is expecting a kid in December.
