Finally decided to make one!
The way this works is that anything that has a dollar amount is a base price. Anything additional will have + next to it.
Colored comes with lines, and shading can be added to lined or colored price.
Anything with a sliding scale depends on two things: How much of the character is being drawn and how complicated the character is.
Animations can be discussed for pixel icons, price may vary.
Simple backgrounds are free, but tiled backgrounds or scenes will cost extra
Shading can be simple or complex, and that will determine the price
Custom characters can be discussed, but the prices may go above base prices listed here.
