Jo (yes based off my sona of the same name) is a cheerful, if naive, brigadier who hunts monsters and carve stuff from them to make meals and gear out of! They're a strange looking fellow, being a hybrid of a Hu (your standard human-type, albeit with long ears) and a Vuul (fox-like critters) but their way of marksmanship is certainly no joke! Lately however, they've gotten into some trouble here and there, and a few new members of the Guild were tasked with keeping an eye on them and see what's up! That gem on their belly sure looks rather new, in particular.
