Looks like Arez got a sudden craving for his old favorite meal, nuclear missiles. It had been decades since he last ate this many, but he had forgotten how tasty they were, but he also forgot how active and bloated they make his belly. He immediately became nervous as he knew nuclear items gave him much more volumeous and toxic gas than normal, and he worried for his sister's adopted family members and if they came across him.
