Here's a shot of one of Kai Mele's most curious creations: Brittany Cindy, (nickname "Bryce.") From "Kai Mele the Primarina - Good Grief and Alas." Along with the newest/only addition to her team, Sprite.
The concept for Bryce was inspired by the foxgirl shopkeep from the animated movie White Snake.
Brittany Yolette "Bryce" Cindy was an average Trainer who visited Galar from Kalos, along with her Starter, a Braixen named Pixy. One fateful day, on the way to Stow-on-side, one of Dr. Cara Liss' chimeric fossil Pokemon- a Dracovish- got loose and drove the girl and her Braixen over the cliff. The damage was severe; the back of Bryce's skull and her neck were shattered, and Pixy was chewed clean in half by Dr. Cara's rampaging monster and declared deceased. Unless a miracle occured, Bryce would die as well.
That miracle came in the form of Dr. Kai Mele the Primarina, who took great interest in the story and wanted to use the dying child in his first ever human experiment. With the entire hospital Bryce was in under his hypnotic thrall, Kai got to work.
When Bryce finally stablized and awoke, she learned to her horror that the dead Pixy's face was grafted to the back of her head. And what's more, her neck was modified so that she could rotate her head so that her new Braixen face was front-facing.
She also somehow inherited the late Pixy's abilities as a Fire type Pokemon, the ability to speak and understand the Pokemon language, and enhanced senses through her Braixen face. A consequence of the mad Primarina doctor using the heavily-controversial and illegal Ditto Stem Cells in her treatment. However, the horrific implications of these new gifts far outweighed any benefits they gave her.
Bryce was now a freak- not a Pokemon, but also not entirely a human. She even expressed doubts that she ever really came back at all- what if Bryce was the one who died, and she was really Pixy with all her memories controlling her body? It got to the point where she refused to leave the hospital, even long after she made a full recovery and was scheduled for release.
She would not leave until one day, when the Champion of Galar came to visit personally. He gave her an egg and asked her to hold onto it. The egg hatched into a male Shimy Fennekin who would later be known as Sprite.
At first, Bryce wanted nothing to do with the pup, which imprinted on her Braixen face when he hatched, much to her annoyance. However, this wouldn't last long; as Sprite was a Pokemon, a naturally empathic creature, it didn't take long for him to realize and understand that his new momma's Braixen face upset her in some way. Soon enough, he began actively disregarding Bryce's Braixen face and preferring Bryce more as a human than as a pseudo-Pokemon. The two would soon form a bond, and Bryce finally gave Sprite his name.

Yeah, but my point is that the rest of his body rearranges too. I'm sure if Bryce turned into a full Braixen whenever she used her other face, she'd be way more horrified than she had been.
But as I mentioned in the description, this character is based off of the Shopkeeper of the Precious Jade from the movie White Snake.

My very first exposure to the series was as a little kid with Beast Wars. I didn't know Transformers was the same thing until a little later.
Also, we're talking about multifaced Transformers characters, but neither of us ever mentioned the Quintessons. Like that insane one from the Netflix series who removed four of its own faces so its more insane personality would have all the say. What was his name...?

Well the quintessons were actually introduce in G1 during the 1986 movie and season 3. After that they didn't have many roles in transformers media outside of alpha quintesson or alpha Q in energon and Netflix was their latest role. Another one with like that but more of the fandom idea was twinferno/doublecross beast/dragon mode having their own personality. Another official one is beast wars Megatron or galavor as Megatron isn't his real name as he just named himself after him
