Well, this is the reference of one of my newest girl. She is Flight, and she is a Nardoragon!
She is based on the Season of Flight from the game Sky: Children of the Light
The wings appear when she needs to flight or she wants to, but mostly of the time she stays on the grown. The wings grow out of her back (the white part specifically)
About the accessories, the glasses and the feathers go on her head. About the candle, she has a candle which uses as a light or to burn dark plants (sorry, you can understand this only if you play the game x'D)
