Another obscure character enters the field! How anyone got Moss to attend an event that requires suits, no one knows, but he's looking quite fine! And yes he does have a tie, though it's only visible if he's taking his time to smooth out his beard and it's pulled out of the way a bit~ Also with his rich green color, neutral gray works wonders.
