Nice profile! My only complaint would be that they all need better lighting, and a larger depth-of-field. That tongue in the first one was incredible, though!

It's SO hard to get a close-up like this and get any DOF at all. 55mm and as close as the camera could get. Lens is about oh, no more than four inches from his face. Purely flash for the light too, there's absolutely none in the back of that cave. That's where we had lunch that one afternoon. Just realized, I won't be able to use the fish-eye here either because it blocks light from the flash. Pretty crazy conditions. I'll be back to try again though, keep on keepin' on eh!

Maybe a flashlight aimed at the cave ceiling? I doubt he'd like one of those bit studio lights aimed at him

Oh and as for that tongue in the first one, dig... instead of flicking his tongue in and out to smell the air he just sat (?) there with it hanging out. Wild! Never seen em do that before. Might have been the chill.

Nope! Steep Rock cliffs. Great place for photography about 20 minutes away from here. Lots of snakes winter in the caves there.

And BTW, thanks very much for the CD... My dad just overheard me playing it and rushed into my room actually saying "OMG OMG DO I HEAR AGENT ORANGE! OMG IT IS! BUDDY, I LOVE YOU!"
