Fusion does look like he's rather ticklish, though I think he'll be able to hold out a while from the feathers on his arches and between his toes. Maybe he'll last long enough that by the time he's ready to talk that amidst all the laughter he's forgotten the bank code for the moment.

I imagine if they'd decided to go with using their claws and concentrate on the paw pads that he might have ended up giving in rather quickly. There's always the possibility of feathers tickling the nose or inside of his ears and of course the belly and ribs just to make sure he's really going to talk.
