Given her species and specialty in magic, her appearance really makes a lot of sense. Of course a Gnoll will live the very cushy life with powerful magic, and with it having an affect on weight/gravity, size isn't much a factor.
Likely doesn't hurt that I am sure she can get eager assistants for various things. I wouldn't mind a trade of time, taking on a few simple tasks.
