Ever since high school, I’ve always wanted to make fakemon based on my home state. Unfortunately I lost the original art I made back then so I’m gonna start from scratch.

These grass starters are based on a commonly seen animal we have down here: the Virginia Possum. These pokemon have vine-like prehensile tails that they use for both attack and defensive purposes. Like real possums, they prefer flight over fight and play dead if approached. However, they can defend themselves with their thorny leaves and constricting tails if needed.

I don’t have names for them yet but I’ll update this info when I think of something!
