Back at the start of July I was really taken with the idea of brainstorming what monsters/NPCs might fit into small adventures, enough that I could maybe draw all (or samples of them) on the same page to scale, maybe come up with maps and the adventure after that. So here's the first one, swamp denizens including a were-Dinicthys, drow alchemist, bullywug footsoldier, and half-dragon crocodile.
