Yup yet another new character. This time a penguin. Been meaning to do one for a while.

Rudy smiled and yelled cannon ball as he jumped into the pool at the Denshire Falls Rec Center. The water was just the perfect temperature and Rudy was certainly glad to be in it and get in a nice cool swim. He surfaced a moment after diving and took a breath. Looking around Rudy could see other cubs his age swimming around in the pool. Many of them seemed to be wearing the same kind of swim diaper cover he was. Some where wearing cloth swim diapers. A few were wearing normal swim suits of one fashion or another. In Denshire Falls Rudy's style of swim fashion was the norm. And he loved it. Taking a deep breath he dived back down to have some fun exploring the bottom of the pool and startling a few friends he's spotty from below.
