Adopt auction: Mermaid Vaporeon mix CLOSED

I always wanted to make a mermaid-inspired Vaporeon and made it a hybrid of that and a Galarian Rapidash.
Auction rules are as they go:
♦ Absolutely NO fresh new/empty accounts (I'm sorry, but this is to avoid non-paying buyers)
♦ PayPal only and only pay with USD
♦ SERIOUS BIDDERS ONLY
♦ Once adopted, you are free to post it, watermark it, etc. as long as credit's given
♦ Those who have been blacklisted are not allowed to bid
♦ Bid as a comment to the previous bidder to let them know that they've been outbid
♦ DO NOT back out of bids. Do that and you're disqualified (unless you have a good reason to back out)
♦ No fake/troll bids. You’ll be disqualified and permanently blacklisted for doing so
♦ Anonymous bids via PMs are allowed
♦ Any last-minute sniping extends the auction by 15 minutes
♦ I reserve the right to close the auction at anytime
♦ Payment must be made within two weeks after the auction ends. If the winner doesn't pay on time, then the offer goes to the next highest bidder
♦ Do not resell for more than what you paid for unless if you had any additional art of this character
