The place where Raaf is is owned by a fellow Mamallian. Mixed races all around too. Humans are not inherently evil or prejudiced against non-humans. That's only a thing in one country, it's not worldwide.

That might be true, but the way the humans treat the non-human furries like objects, murdering and rape. Humans are 100% inherently evil and prejudiced, irredeemable.

The Harmonian humans do not rape non-humans, as that as seen as impure. They use them as work slaves only. The Harmonians are driven by a religion based around Order and Purity, and their idea of what those things are is skewed.

Humans are all over the world in Terra Cruxis, Harmonia is one place. The humans from other places do not share Harmonia's beliefs and therefore do not act like them in the slightest. The entire human race is not inherently evil, and in saying so, that's just as racist as the Harmonians you despise =D

Other Mamallians (furries) Murder, Rape, Objectify, Torture their own kind probably way more than the humans do. As I said, Harmonia is ONE country, there are tons in Terra Cruxis.
