The Railyard is a nightclub that is quite popular to the residents of Submarine. On the first floor is the club, and on the second floor is a massive HO/OO layout that is operated and maintained by the employees of the club. Members can even bring and run their own models on it!

i dreamt of having a plan like this once
i was partially inspired by House of Mouse i wanted to make a restaurant that had a big TV stage thing that played select Shining Time Station and Thomas episodes but unfortunately i kinda abandoned the idea [like most things] i wanted to build it in a park next door but that turned from a sandbox to an actual park years later
