Color Cosmos is a salon dedicated to "Brightening up" the fur of many living on Submarine. They specialize in their many dye colors, both temporary and permanent.

When I first came to Submarine, I was originally a shiny Buizel (which is why my flotation sac is white). Color Cosmos is where I got my fur perma-dyed into the well-known Aqua-Blue and Turquoise fur I have today.
