This squirrel monkey was inspired by a bag of Trader Joe's Roasted Plantain Chips (DON'T LAUGH). Seriously, I was in the store the other day and I subconsciously realized that I reached for the bag before I even knew what it was because it had squirrel monkeys on it. Once I realized they were plantain chips (and oh how I love plantains!) I tossed them in my basket and gladly nommed them when I got home.
Just in case, you know, you were wondering what to look for next time you're in Trader Joe's: THESE ARE THEM!
GET THEM AND DREAM OF MONKEYS AS YOU EAT THEM.
