We never finished the party with the ball moment, so who knows when her weapons will stop being just a decorative element.

I tried DnD, in fact, not so long ago, but I really liked the concept of the game, albeit not quite familiar in some places. For example, unaccustomed to the fact that you have to live play a character (ie, say his actions, dialogue, etc. I was always more accustomed to make a point in writing)

For text practice, it will only help to write more and tighten up your grammar. And when it comes to dice, it's more about luck and randomness. You don't always know what you're going to get, but you can adjust a bad number with your characteristics and skill bonuses. So this is both a plus and minus of such board games. But that's the point. Now there are a lot of forums and the option to play this tabletop role-playing game online, so it's all in your hands. x)
I love board games because they help brighten up any company night, relax, make new acquaintances, and force you to think a little. It's fun. Beautiful and legal serotonin.

I'm going to talk a lot myself, so you can read the DnD player book online, which describes the races and classes (but it's easier to read it on the website, which was created as a more convenient analogue of the book). There's quite a lot of them and everyone will find something to his liking. In my case, her species has a connection with the spirit patrons and from the same various bonuses of her race.

I think so, because that's their trait. They have racial traits, but further ones will be determined on the character form, depending on the chosen backstory, class and subclass, as well as what you choose from the given options. In general, when I first started being told about this game, I was shown a series of videos from this youtube channel. At first it is not quite clear what is meant, but when you start playing, you get into the rules.
