IF you wanted to take a lateral step for additional real time usage, ( you can run it while streaming for example with said bunny as your avatar while arting ) you could also rig her up for FaceRig or their new hotness, Animaze.

I do know that custom avatars for FaceRig can check in around $1500 each for third parties doing them for you, but if you already have the skills ( and this video is proof you do ) it is something to think about. ( Although, VrChat is more widespread and more in demand so you can always just stick with VrChat avatar creation )

naw I don't plan on creating VRChat assets for folks! Like you said, it'd be EXPEEEENSIVE. I was calculating the time it took between 3 of us to get these models like, FULLY animation ready/rigged/tested (So much more than VRChat) and I probably wouldn't even accept an order unless it was like, 5k or so.

A lot of folks don't realize the time commitment required to bring any given character to life in 3D. Many, MAny, MANY hours go into such a thing as you well know and is why studios have teams of folks working on one tiny aspect of the whole pipeline.
Should be interesting to see what you do with your bunny :P
