PCR Tests are done with five isolated tests. When I had Covid, I had 4 positives and a false negative since my doc mailed the result sheet.
Droplet tests can show false positives, but rarely false negatives unless you screw up. If you let professionals handle it, all that can happen is a mixup with patient IDs.
