Heh! I've heard of birdies flying around toons' heads when hit, but flies flying around stinky diapers really fits that style in the first half of the 20th century. I've seen Pepe Le Pew make flowers wilt instantly and people run in all directions, but this a new and comical gag. Next up, diapers that swell in water.
