I've had similar thoughts. Just know you're not alone and I'm glad you're getting therapy. Be honest and open with your therapist to get the most from it, trust me

they're not silly thoughts, their harm is real. But remember you have a community here that supports you and values you

Venting is a very healthy thing to do. Thoughts like that can be pretty pervasive, and make it hard to do much of anything. I hope the therapy helps stuff a sock in those voices' mouths, because you're pretty awesome, I think. ^^

Your own thoughts and feelings are not silly! I'm really glad to hear you're starting therapy though, and I hope you'll be able to better manage and boost your self-esteem!

I agree with what others have said. Your thoughts and feelings aren't silly. I've no doubt they're groundless, and I hope that between the vent art and the therapy you can conquer and control them, but your feelings are as valid as anyone else's.

I’m so sorry you feel like this. I’ve been in the same thought pattern myself before and while I can’t imagine how it feels for you I know it isn’t good. I hope therapy helps and you get to feel better soon.

I appreciate the concern. But while this is tough and like, the main thing happening right now, this is an issue/thoughts I've had for years in all my relationships, meaning friendships (some of the thoughts here are about my friendships with people). I've always felt not good enough, so this is triggering the feeling, but it would happen with friends too.

Foxy is trying his best to be there and give me what I need. But it isn't just about them, it's something I need to work on, like with the therapy mentioned.

Know these thoughts well, and they aren't silly. They just aren't true. The brain has a funny way of lying to us. You're beautiful in more ways than you can imagine. Just remember that.

I'm surprised you've had these thoughts, I figured there were lots of people going gaga over you in the spotlight, but I suppose even that can feel hollow.

Know that a lot of us are totally here for you when you need, I put my hoof out in support if you would want to take it.
