*giggles* Remember "Silvia's Fascinating Story?" (http://www.furaffinity.net/view/4142972/) It seems we now get the whole story behind the picture. :P This piece, starring an unsuspecting Silvia and her beloved hippy kit and teacher, Bernie was done as part of  envy's Iron Artist sketch challenge.

It seems that Silvia was taking her time with the storybook that after Bernie's mom showed him the photo of the silly otter pup, he decided to be sneaky and see what she was reading. So quiet he was that not even his mother could hear his tippy-toes making their way over to Silvia as he then laid down and started to peek over at what Silvia was reading. Since she was distracted from reading the book, she had her bottle hanging out unattended so he leaned over and carefully suckled some of the milk (as his mother's milk was mostly reserved for Silvia) and just like Silvia, left a bit of a milk trail as he popped the bottle right out and kept watching what she was reading. While she was still reading...Bernie snuck his paw over and started to fidget with Silvia's diaper, mostly having a little bit of fun with the legbands...but also running his paw along the soft plastic, smiling a bit because Silvia didn't mind him swiping her pairs...because she does the same to his pairs, not that either one minds since they both love the same color and style. But you just have to wonder how Silvia is distracted enough that Bernie can get away with being sneaky...or is she that distracted after all? ;)
