-I have the right to refuse anyone's commission. I take commissions on ability and time.
-Payment is either full before I start or half before I start & half after I show you the sketch (which will be watermarked). Shipping & handling prices will be negotiated if you want a print/the original.
-If you want to cancel the commission and I have not started, you will get a full refund. If you stop at the sketch phase, you will get the sketch and be refunded the difference between the sketch price and what you asked for. If I am finished with the piece, you are charged for the sketch $2 canceling fee for my time that you wasted.
-I don't give a basic sketch unless you ask for it. I often power through a piece without letting myself on the internet so that I stay focused. I don't mind streaming your piece (but it will be on my free time, as I'll be at school soon).
-I may like a piece and add more than you paid for. You will not be charged. You are guaranteed the minimum you paid, nothing more or less. Bothering me for extra is a good way for inspiring me to stop at the bare minimum.
-I may post some other art before yours-chill, I will get to yours once I have inspiration. If it gets over a week, you are allowed to nicely remind me once or twice without it being considered bothering. I do forget things like any other human being, so I don't mind being reminded nicely.
-Please keep your requirements to a piece minimum. I am a creative individual that does best with some wiggle-room. If you have a pose that you like, do show me. I will try to reproduce that pose, but it may not be identical as it <i>is</i> art, not photography.
-If you have a certain size of picture in mind, please tell me before hand-otherwise I start at 20"X20" and trim down for digital and traditional the default is 8"x11". Canvases are available as I get them. Ask what I have in and what prices they are. (I try to get them during sales, so it shouldn't bad price-range but the sizes might be erratic).
-I hold the right to post the commissions on art sites with a watermark to promote my art. If you wish to not have your commission out on the internet, I do charge a $5 fee.
-Please give me an e-mail or skype address to send the picture png without a watermark to. PSD/SAI files are also sent for an additional $2.
-No background means that you get a solid color as a background.
-Calligraphy can be in many styles of English or German calligraphy. I also write in JRRTolkien's elvish. Translations into elvish are an additional $10 per half-page. Also note that the half-page means a filled half-page. If it is a largely spaced full page, I will charge only the half-page price if I see it fit.
