BIO: Pulsar is one of the few Hellhounds from the Flea Orphanage that can recall some of the more sketchy things the others have blocked out; a couple of these being his experiences of feeling ill after every meal no matter what it was and these fuzzy memories of these odd mandated therapy sessions that he swears felt more like questionnaires.
Pulsar despite the repressed memories can recall Loona and Vortex. He did not often get to see Vortex as that particular Hellhound would get into all sorts of trouble causing him to be separated from the other pups quite often if not all the time. He does recall Vortex, at least he swears outside of Vortex bullying him that the brutish hellhound at the time had punched in the front grill of a car despite nowhere near being an adult.
As for Loona, Pulsar would often have fond memories of her, however overtime it seems like Loona had been kept to herself and avoiding others. When they were separated by Pulsar being adopted (more like purchased), Loona possibly forgot all about him as next time he saw her, Loona looked back at him like he was just some random guy.
Pulsar despite everything embraces what the Collar freaks did to him and uses his new talents to save other Hellhounds from being used or simply helps them find a better purpose in life.
Oddly enough he does not seem to know what Loona was modified into or if she was altered at all during her time there like he was.
