...jus' cause I haven't given yer tastebuds boners with any steak pics recently.... thought I'd share this lil' beauty I made fer m'dinner...

Steak is cooked well done this time (though feel free ta cook ta preferences) on a grillin' skillet fer roughly 10 mins. (5 per side)

grill was splashed with Moore's marinade prior ta cookin' an drizzled with A-1 steak sauce after it was done.

cause while it was cookin' I was busy preppin' the salad side of this dish... which roughly consists of:

1 pawful of romanian salad (from a bag)
1 slice of white onion
1 medium sized tomato
1 small salad cucumber

after the salad was arranged as presented on the steak platter I drizzled some red wine vinegar across it then gave it a few shakes of Mrs. Dash's Garlic & Herb seasonings (but again feel free ta season ta preferences)

then when the steak was done I just laid it on top of the plate then drizzled with the A-1 steak sauce, gave it it's 10min. rest (barely LOL) then devoured!

The tart wine flavored salad makes fer a great counter balance ta the hearty steak an even the mixed juices of the steak an salad are a delight ta dip each fork full of steak and salad alternatively.

So if ya've never tried havin' a steak an salad this way I would highly recommend it an if ya do... enjoy :)
