Annu lay down next to the feathered creature and curled up comfortably, lapping the water drops from her forehead before pushing her own gently to Titaia's.. The little half bird reached out her paw and grasped Annu's free fingers.
"Thank you.." she said as she grasped.
"For..?" asked the dragon.
"For everything".. Said Titaia as she closed her eyes to fall asleep to the sound of the crackling fire, pattering rain and gentle distant thunder..
This piece is absolutely fantastic... I love it so hard. Totally worth it.
