Ok, here are your options. If you've had it for less than 3 years, call Microsoft and have them replace it.
If you haven't sending it to Gamestop isn't going to work because we no longer take systems that have RRODs.
If you have the cash to drop and you can find one, get a Slim, because the slims are going to be much more efficient. I mean, you could try and trade in other stuff that went with your original Xbro, and if you buy a transfer cable you could probably transfer your HardDrive data onto your slim, then trade it in afterwards.
I know 250gb bros are hard to find, but if you go with th 4gb "arcade" bro for 199 you can buy an External 250 harddrive later if you're strapped for funds.
Or you could buy a used bro for $119, but then you would never know HOW much the bro has been used and how close he is to RRODing.

also TY FOR THE OPTIONS right now i have no idea what to do because for some reason it still works fine if i keep on this weird fan thingy so i'm gonna see how well that works out.. cause yeah no warranty anymore! I'm hopefully gonna save up and get the slim, or if I find a cheap enough reselling xbox or something. i'm not picky!

I swear every time the UPS guys picked it up ...there was bound to be about 10 of those in the van each day D: i checked every time...they always had a bunch of those in the van being taken for repairs xD.....they don't last here <,<
