Sequel to this picture.

Decided to draw a belated Halloween picture featuring Tosca and Wesley, both of them sporting some different costumes from last year. The angel costume that their trainer Cole had Tosca wear last Halloween ended up disappearing under "mysterious circumstances", which meant that he had to come up with a different costume for his beloved Pikachu. Eventually, Cole came up with the idea of getting some matching Link and Sheik costumes for her and Wesley to wear. Tosca is perfectly fine with this, as she's watched her trainer play the video game Sheik is in and she thinks she's pretty cool. She'll take dressing up as a Hylian's cool alter ego over some prissy angel any day.
