Yup Dagger definitely counts as one of the more badass Final Fantasy princesses.

It honestly fits kinda in the FF9 style as well.
Great work on her for sure.

Garnet (a.k.a Dagger), is one of my favorite characters from the old school FF installments.
She isn't your traditional 'princess' in a sense. She wants to do what's best for her people and isn't afraid to take action, even if some of her decisions were a bit rash. Regardless, she is loyal to her friends and the people of her kingdom, and has a fairly strong will. Plus, the relationship between her and Zidane is one of my favorites.

Then again, I love FF9 all together. It has a great setting, memorable characters (even the background characters are memorable), the story is enjoyable, especially later on when it reveals the greater plot and backstory for our main casts. Overall, it's a great installment of the franchise. And, if done right by the right group of people...I wouldn't mind seeing a sort of remake for it. Imagining the world with upgraded graphics.

A big part of the game's charm is how it looks though. I wouldn't want to see it given the FF7R treatment. :c

admittedly I always preferred her with her longer hair, but I can understand the Japanese cultural significance in the gesture for cutting her hair as she did at that point in the game
