A story idea I had from a dream. Was tempted to make it into a comic but we'll have to see! More will be on the way.
Living on the street was never fun for Arka, always hard to find food, shelter, and understanding, but an adventurer's and mage's academy he had always heard about was taking new recruits! He saved up enough money to travel there for a chance to join and make something of his life but runs into a little dilemma: He needs a familiar to take the entrance exam for the mage academy!
However, Arka isn't a mage and familiars are expensive to gain, how will he ever get into academy? The answers may come in the most unexpected of ways.
